Catherine was born about 1380.1 Catherine's father was Thomas Peverell and her mother was Margaret De Courtenay. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Peverell and Elizabeth (Margaret) Cobham; her maternal grandparents were Sir Thomas Courtenay and Muriel De Moels. She had a sister named Eleanor. She was the older of the two children. She died after June 14th, 1426. She was buried in Salisbury Cathedral, Wiltshire.1 1 General Notes
