Sir Walter Hungerford 
Sir Walter was born about 1407.1 Sir Walter's father was Walter Lord Hungerford and his mother was Catherine Peverell. His paternal grandparents were Sir Thomas de Hungerford and Joane Hussey; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Peverell and Margaret De Courtenay. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Edmund, Robert, Elizabeth and Margaret. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died in in prison in Provence, France.1 General Notes
