William de Lancaster II Baron was born about 1160.1 William de Lancaster II Baron's father was Gilbert De Lancaster and his mother was Gundred De Warenne. His paternal grandparents were Ketel De Taillebois 3rd Baron Kendal and Christiana; his maternal grandparents were William De Warrenne and Isabel Elizabeth De Vermandois. He had a brother named Nicholas. He had seven half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William, Jordan, Warin, Walter Or De Constances, Roger, Waleran Earl Of, Gilbert Lord de, Agnes, Siegrid, Agnes and Avice.
