Stephen Hicks

Stephen was born about 1688.¹   Stephen's father was Thomas Hicks and his mother was Mary Doughty.  His paternal grandparents were John Hicks and Herodotus Long; his maternal grandparents were Elias Doughty and Sarah Unknown. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Isaac, Benjamin, Benjamin, William, William, Charles, Stephen, Charity, Charity and Mary.  He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Thomas, John, Jacob, Mary, Phebe, Sarah and Elizabeth.
