Charles Hicks

Charles was born about 1685.¹   Charles' father was Thomas Hicks and his mother was Mary Doughty.  His paternal grandparents were John Hicks and Herodotus Long; his maternal grandparents were Elias Doughty and Sarah Unknown. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Isaac, Benjamin, Benjamin, William, William, Stephen, Stephen, Charity, Charity and Mary.  He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Thomas, John, Jacob, Mary, Phebe, Sarah and Elizabeth.  He died about 1711.¹
