Henry Grey Land 
Henry Grey was born on December 18th, 1829 in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. Henry Grey's father was Burell Land and his mother was Lucy Matilda Williams. His paternal grandparents were Littleberry Land and Mary "Molly" McLemore. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James D., Littleberry John, William Burt, David A., Mary Jane, Mary Katherine and Evalina. He was the third oldest of the eight children.-
