Cecil Milton was born on March 20th, 1933. Cecil Milton's father was Milton Cecil Bailey and his mother was Louise Tomlinson. His paternal grandparents were William Linwood Bailey and Eva Louise Cherry. He had a brother named Living. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Living, Living and Living. He died at the age of 3 on April 19th, 1936.-
