Frederick I "Barbarossa" was born in 1122 in Of,Swaben,Bavaria.  Frederick I "Barbarossa"'s father was Frederick II the One-Eyed von Hohenstaufen Duke of Swabia and his mother was Judith Princess of Bavaria.  His paternal grandparents were Frederick I Hohenstauffen Swabia Duke of Suabia and Agnes Salian Princess of the Holy Roman Empire; his maternal grandparents were Henry I (Niger) of Bavaria Duke of Bavaria and Ulfhild (Wulfhilde) Saxony. He had a brother and five sisters, named Emperor Friedrich I of Roman, Princess Judith of, Bertha Judith Of, Jutta of, Judith Von and Christina. He had a half-brother named Konrad Count Palatine Of.  He died at the age of 68 on June 10th, 1190 in Holy Land.

‌Frederick I "Barbarossa" and Beatrix were married in a religious ceremony on June 16th, 1156 in <Schwaben,Bavaria>.  They had six sons and two daughters, named Friedrich V, Heinrich VI Emperor of the, Otto, Konrad II, Philip II Of, Philip, Beatrix Of and Agnes.
