Laura Virginia was born on March 16th, 1842 in Lowndes Co., AL.1 Laura Virginia's father was Robert Lindsey Scott and her mother was Laura Ann Lewis. Her paternal grandparents were John Baytop Scott and Mary Elizabeth Coleman; her maternal grandparents were Dixon Hall Lewis and Susan Elizabeth Elmore. She had two brothers and two sisters, named John Archer, Robert Lindsey, Eliza Elliott and Claride Vernon. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 2 on March 16th, 1844 in Lowndes Co., AL.1 -
