Jennie was born in 1893 in ?.¹ Jennie's father was Julian Alexander Mobley and her mother was Sara Irene Hilburn. Her maternal grandparents were Vaughn Hilburn and Melinda Amanda Smart. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Aubrey, Arthur, Lona, Aubrey Lou Annie, Callie, Setlla and Verlon. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died in ?.¹
