Sarah Louisa McEwen 
Sarah Louisa was born on October 12th, 1851 in Coosa Co, AL.1 Sarah Louisa's father was Jasper Kirkham McEwen and her mother was Mary Ann Canada. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Bort McEwen and Rachel Hawkins; her maternal grandparents were Jesse Canada and Sarah Jones. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named George Washington, Andrew Jackson, Francis Marion, Benjamin Franklin, Robert Jasper, Elizabeth Amanda, Mary Ann, Almeda Emaline, Minerva Rachel, Virginia Caroline, Martha Margaret and Newton Canida. She was the youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 82 on October 6th, 1934 in Morton, Scott Co, MS. She was buried in Bishop Cemetery.1 1 -
