Martha Clyde McEwen

Martha Clyde was born on August 14th, 1929 in Sylacauga, Talladega Co., AL.¹ Martha Clyde's father was Stewart Washington McEwen and her mother was Nancy Clyde Coker. Her paternal grandparents were William Powell McEwen and Martha Georgiana Adams; her maternal grandparents were Wesley Terry Coker and Martha Jane Messer. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Stuart Wilbur, Howell Coker, Robert Gerald, Marion Wesley, Jane and Sara. She was the youngest of the seven children.
