Elizabeth Jane Logan

Elizabeth Jane was born on November 19th, 1826 in Morgan Co., AL.¹   Elizabeth Jane's father was H. Alexander Logan and her mother was Martha Ann Smith.  Her paternal grandparents were James Ellis M. Logan and Mary (?); her maternal grandparents were James Alfred Smith and Hannah Parker. She had two brothers and four sisters, named John Arron, James Alexander, Mary, Nancy, Martha Ann and Elvonea V..  She was the oldest of the seven children. She had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Lyons Yancy, Joseph Atison, John Henry, Sr., Neal Archibald, Jefferson Alabama, Henry Alexander, Sarah Isabella, Malinda Francis and Tabitha Ann.  She died in ?.¹ 

‌Elizabeth Jane and Samuel were married in a religious ceremony on September 12th, 1844 in Coosa Co., AL.¹
