Preston C. was born on January 10th, 1904 in Belton, Bell Co., TX.1 Preston C.'s father was William Thomas Johnson and his mother was Minnie Lee Spradley. His maternal grandparents were Clayton Louis Pinkerton Webster Spradley and Josephine J. Brock. He had a brother and four sisters, named Barrett Brooks, Julia Beaulah, Lucille, Margaret and Willa Mae. He died at the age of 74 on November 8th, 1978 in Houston, Harris Co., TX.
