Pollie Hinson 
Pollie was born on February 16th, 1884 in Troy, Pike Co., AL.1 Pollie's father was Mastin Asbury Hinson and her mother was Lucinda S. Rushing. Her paternal grandparents were William Hinson and Martha Ann Pugh; her maternal grandparents were William Cain Rushing and Mary Ann Rushing. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William Mastin, Thomas Martin, John Elbert, Joseph Richard, Jesse Cleveland, Carrie Lee Ola and Fannie Lou. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 80 on April 4th, 1964 in Prairie Hill, Limestone Co., TX. She was buried in Prairie Hill Cemetery, Prairie Hill, TX in Hinson section.1 1 General Notes
