William Harding 
William was born on September 12th, 1900 in Spotsylvania Co., VA.1 William's father was Parmenco Claylos Harding and his mother was Florence C. Gardner. His paternal grandparents were Lewis G. Harding and Elizabeth Jane Yancey. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Ernest Crittenden, Phillip, McKioley, Theodore R., Robert, Joseph B., Chester R., Marion Gardner, Myrtle Elizabeth and Edmonia. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 75 in September 1975 in Oklahoma City, OK.1 General Notes

Harding, in East Hartford, Connecticut.
WILLIAM HARDING
William H. Harding, 75, of 3312 N Harvey Parkway, died Saturday in a
local nursing home after a long illness.
Services are pending with Hahn-Cook, Street & Draper Funeral Home.
Harding was born in Spotsylvania, VA., and moved to Oklahoma City in
1924. He was a graduate of Stanford University and was an independent
geologist. He was a Mason, Shriner and a World War II veteran. He
attended the First Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Bray, of the home; two stepsons,
Herbert K. Hyde Jr., of Oklahoma City, and Lt. Col. Patrick H. Hyde,
Temple, Texas; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Helen Olsen and Mrs. Hyla
Glover, both of Oklahoma City; a sister, Mrs. Edmonia Conyers, of
Spotsylvania, and 16 grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Presbyterian Memorial Fund.
