Joseph B. Harding 
Joseph B. was born on April 29th, 1906 in Spotsylvania Co., VA.1 Joseph B.'s father was Parmenco Claylos Harding and his mother was Florence C. Gardner. His paternal grandparents were Lewis G. Harding and Elizabeth Jane Yancey. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Ernest Crittenden, Phillip, William, McKioley, Theodore R., Robert, Chester R., Marion Gardner, Myrtle Elizabeth and Edmonia. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 78 in September 1984 in VA.1 General Notes

Joseph B. Harding
A funeral service for Joseph Bernard Harding, 78, of Spotsylvania
County will be held tomorrow at 11 a. m. at Wilson Smith Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Don Forrester,
assisted in the Rev. Rob Moor will officiate.
Mr. Harding, a retired carpenter, was financial secretary for the
Carpenter's Union, Local 1078 in Fredericksburg. He was a member of the
Faith Baptist Church in Spotsylvania. He died Monday at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret C. Harding of Spotsylvania; two
daughters, Miss Jo Harding and Mrs. Faye H. Weedon of Spotsylvania; two
sisters, Mrs. Myrtle H. Sullivan and Mrs. Edmonia H. Conyers of
Spotsylvania; two brothers, Teddy R. Harding of Spotsylvania and Chester
R. Harding of Arlington, and one grandson.
Pallbearers will be Elton Jones, Frank Colvin, Crenshaw Kendall,
Robert Whitlock, Harry Bradshaw and Charles Bradshaw.
Expressions of sympathy may be contributions to the Spotsylvania
Rescue Squad, Box 101, Spotsylvania.
