John Austin, Jr. Darden 
John Austin, Jr. was born on November 5th, 1907 in Coosa Co., AL.1 John Austin, Jr.'s father was John Austin Darden and his mother was Vashti Olie Sellers. His paternal grandparents were John Alexander Darden and Georgia Elizabeth Webb; his maternal grandparents were Sampson Elija Sellers and Martha Jane Johnston. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Eschol Sampson, Norman Delmas, Mabel Clara, Jewel Olie and Martha Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 84 on November 22nd, 1991 in Alexander City, AL.1 -
