Owen West 
Owen was born in 1819 in Bladen Co, NC. Owen's father was John William West and his mother was Elizabeth Frazier. His paternal grandparents were Thomas West and Lucy Hall ***; his maternal grandparents were Thomas N. Frazier and Elizabeth Fowler. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Noal E., Ollin, Daniel, Thomas J., Phillip Herington, John W., George Harrison, Sarah Jane, Elizabeth, Martha Ellen and Jeanette. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 74 in 1893 in Conway Co, AR.-
