Phillip Herington West 
Phillip Herington was born in 1832. Phillip Herington's father was John William West and his mother was Elizabeth Frazier. His paternal grandparents were Thomas West and Lucy Hall ***; his maternal grandparents were Thomas N. Frazier and Elizabeth Fowler. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Noal E., Owen, Ollin, Daniel, Thomas J., John W., George Harrison, Sarah Jane, Elizabeth, Martha Ellen and Jeanette. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 41 in 1873.-
