Jacob Riley Pepper 
Jacob Riley was born on August 30th, 1839 in Nunda, Allegany Co, NY. Jacob Riley's father was Jacob Riley Pepper and his mother was Susan Taylor. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named John, Stephen V., Philetus, Elnathan, Betsy, Emaline, Clarissa, Lovina, Aurillia, Susan and Mary Lucinda. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children.
