Wiley Franklin Bowden

Wiley Franklin was born on November 15th, 1852 in Pope Co., AR.¹   Wiley Franklin's father was John S. Bowden.  His paternal grandfather was John Bodine. He had five brothers and six sisters, named William, James H., John W., Allen B., Charles Layfette, Sarah A., Mary Carolina, Elizabeth J., Isabell, Mary L. and Manta A..  He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children.  Wiley Franklin is no longer alive.¹
