Anna Charite (Charitas) Krebs 
Anna Charite (Charitas) was born on January 12th, 1761 in Pascagoula,Rec'd at St. Louis Cathedral. Anna Charite (Charitas)'s father was Hugo Ernestus Krebs and her mother was Marie Anne Chauvin ditte Joyeause. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Krebs and Anna Charitas Fritsch; her maternal grandparents were Phillippe Joyeause and Marie Saint Denis. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Hugo Daniel (Daniel Hugo), Antonie Raphael (elder), Bazile Basilio, Marie Theresa, Maria Rose and Cecilia (Lecille). She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Joseph Simon de Bai, Francois (Francisco), Pierre (Pedro), Mathias, Louis (Ludwig) Augustine, Marie Jeanne (Josephine, Josepha), Marie Jeanne, Marguerite (Marie Marguerite) and Marie Marguerite. She died after 1796. She was buried in probably Dubuisson Cemetary,Bayou Bonfouca.General Notes

"Age estimated by father in 1776, 14yrs" Lost both Rafael, 6, and Eulalie,3, within days of each other in July, 1799. Her husband's maternal uncle Francois was killed in the 1811 Slave Revolt.
