Godiva was born in 1076 in Normandy,France.  Godiva's father was Duke Robert I (The Devil) De Normandy and her mother was Lady Arlotta(Herleva) Fulbertsdoittir Of Falaise.  Her paternal grandparents were Duke Richard II (The Good) De Normandy and Judith Berengar Of Brittany; her maternal grandparents were Fulbert (The Tanner) Thorkillsson Of Falaise and Princess Doda Mcalpin Of Scotland, Concubine Of Fulbert Falaise. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Ralph, The Couqueror, Nele, Felicia, Stephanie, Adelaide and Adeliza.  She was the youngest of the eight children. She had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Robert, Eudes, Robert, ?, Emma, Isabella, Muriel and Mathilde.
