Johnathon H Whipkey 
Johnathon H was born on June 13th, 1801 in Milford Twp., Somerset Co, PA.1 Johnathon H's father was Henry B Whipkey and his mother was Elizabeth Keefer. His paternal grandparents were John Jacob Whipkey and Elizabeth Hurraw; his maternal grandparents were Nicholas Kieffer and Elizabeth (Kieffer). He had six brothers and six sisters, named David, Henry B, Solomon, Joseph, Simon, Abraham Marion, Elizabeth, Hannah, Eva Ann, Marian, Joanna and Anna Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 69 on December 17th, 1870 in Somerset County, PA.1 General Notes
