Hannah Whipkey 
Hannah was born in 1813 in Turkeyfoot Twp., Somerset, PA.1 Hannah's father was Henry B Whipkey and her mother was Elizabeth Keefer. Her paternal grandparents were John Jacob Whipkey and Elizabeth Hurraw; her maternal grandparents were Nicholas Kieffer and Elizabeth (Kieffer). She had seven brothers and five sisters, named David, Henry B, Johnathon H, Solomon, Joseph, Simon, Abraham Marion, Elizabeth, Eva Ann, Marian, Joanna and Anna Elizabeth. She was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 52 in 1865.1 General Notes
