Patience Elizabeth Spears 
Patience Elizabeth was born in April 1849 in ,Pike, Alabama.1 Patience Elizabeth's father was William Lane Spears and her mother was Mary Agnes Clark Nelson. Her paternal grandparents were Bird Booker Spier and Mary Payton; her maternal grandparents were John Nelson and Sarah Y. Clark. She had four brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Benjamin Booker, Thomas Jones, William Henry, David Atlas, Sarah Elizabeth, Mary Agnes and Alabama Y.. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 91 on May 7th, 1940.1 -
