Wilma Or Willie Ann was born on October 24th, 1811 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Wilma Or Willie Ann's father was William Phipps and her mother was Sarah Erwin. Her paternal grandparents were Joshua Phipps and Hester Aston; her maternal grandparents were Edward Erwin and Mary. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Edward Ervin, Joshua, William Pitt, James Surguine, Thomas Milligan, Wesley Asbury, Fletcher Watson, Mary, Hester Or Hattie Aston, Elizabeth Sarah, Margaret and Sarah Jane. She was the fifth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 29 on February 16th, 1841 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 -
