Fletcher Watson Phipps 
Fletcher Watson was born on July 27th, 1818 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Fletcher Watson's father was William Phipps and his mother was Sarah Erwin. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Phipps and Hester Aston; his maternal grandparents were Edward Erwin and Mary. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Edward Ervin, Joshua, William Pitt, James Surguine, Thomas Milligan, Wesley Asbury, Mary, Hester Or Hattie Aston, Elizabeth Sarah, Margaret, Wilma Or Willie Ann and Sarah Jane. He was the second youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 19 in 1837 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 -
