Martha Patsy Edmiston 
Martha Patsy was born in 1802 in Washington, Virginia.1 Martha Patsy's father was John Edmiston and her mother was Mary Buchanan. Her paternal grandparents were William Edmiston and Agnes Holmes; her maternal grandparents were Andrew Buchanan and Johanna Hays. She had three brothers and six sisters, named William, Andrew, Samuel, Johannah, Nancy, Polly, Selina, Jane and Margaret. She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She died about 1835 in Washington, Virginia.1 General Notes
