Jane Edmiston 
Jane was born in 1809.1 Jane's father was John Edmiston and her mother was Mary Buchanan. Her paternal grandparents were William Edmiston and Agnes Holmes; her maternal grandparents were Andrew Buchanan and Johanna Hays. She had three brothers and six sisters, named William, Andrew, Samuel, Johannah, Nancy, Martha Patsy, Polly, Selina and Margaret. She was the second youngest of the ten children.General Notes
