Robert Milton was born on June 11th, 1850.1 Robert Milton's father was Thomas Wiley Buchanan and his mother was Phoebe Titus Crawford. His paternal grandparents were John Buchanan and Hannah Buchanan; his maternal grandparents were William Crawford and Rachael Titus. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named William Alfred, Charles McKinney, John Pryor, James Chambers, Andrew Fulton, Jefferson Fulton, Sanford McElroy, Arminda Jane, Sinai Amerell and Raina Micajah.General Notes
