Joanna Buchanan 
Joanna was born on March 10th, 1798.1 Joanna's father was David Buchanan and her mother was Margaret Steele. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Buchanan and Johanna Hays. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Andrew, Samuel Steele, David, Martha Steele, Mary and Isabella. She was the third youngest of the seven children.General Notes
