Bulah B. Butler 
Bulah B. was born on May 14th, 1908 in Milton, Trimble County, Kentucky. Bulah B.'s father was Benjamin Franklin Butler and her mother was Brook Baker. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Forest Butler and Nancy Jane Pendleton; her maternal grandfather was John H. Baker. She had a brother named George W.. She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named William , Allie, Mary T. and Laura Brook. She died at the age of 93 on December 25th, 2001 in Melbourne, Florida. She was buried in Carrollton, Carroll County, Kentucky.General Notes

Bulah B. Kipping of Melbourne went home to celebrate Jesus' birthday in heaven on Tuesday, December 25, 2001.
She was born in Milton, Kentucky, lived in Louisville where she worked at Bowman Field during W.W. II. She married Robert Kipping in Niagara Falls, New York, and they settled in Carrollton, Kentucky, where they owned and operated a motel. Bulah was very active in community affairs. She was a member and president of the Carrollton Woman's Club, member of the Kentucky Federation of Republican Women for which she served two terms as governor as well as secretary. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Carrollton. She was an avid bridge player, loved flowers, and the piano. Bulah and her husband entertained Kentucky governors and U.S. senators in their home and attended many Republican gubernatorial and presidential inaugurations and balls. They never missed a Kentucky Derby or a UK football game.
Bulah moved to Melbourne with family in 1980. She immediately joined the Melbourne Woman's Club and Melbourne Senior Center, as well as the First Christian Church of Melbourne where she was a member of the Naomi Woman's Circle. Known to all as "GaGa," her most rewarding role was mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Her husband Robert preceeded her in death. She was the cherished mother of Karlene and husband, John Tuttle; loving grandmother to Lance and his wife, Tammy Tuttle, Brooke and her husband, Chad Hargis; and proud great-grandmother of Rylee, Carli and Cole Tuttle.
