Joseph Farley Butler 
Joseph Farley was born on July 13th, 1787 in Shelbyville, Shelby County, Kentucky. Joseph Farley's father was William Butler and his mother was Martha Farley. He had a brother and two sisters, named John Ferguson, Sophia and Amelia. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 26 on February 3rd, 1814 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.General Notes
Joseph Farley Butler died in defense of his county during the War of 1812.
