Henry de Percy III was born on March 25th, 1272 in Alnwick, Northumberland, England/Alnwick, England.1 Henry de Percy III's father was Henry de Percy II Lord Percy and his mother was Alianore de Warenne. His paternal grandparents were William de Percy IV Lord Percy and Eleana de Baliol; his maternal grandparents were John de Warenne Earl of Warren & Surrey and Alice de Lusignan. He was an only child. He died at the age of 42 in October 1314 in Fountains Abbey, England.1 General Notes
