John de Botetourt was born about 1265.1   John de Botetourt's father was Edward King Of England and his mother was Margaret Of France.  His paternal grandparents were Henry III Plantagenet and Eleanor; his maternal grandfather was Phillip. He had a brother named Edmund of. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Edward II, Elizabeth, Joan of Acre and Eleanor.  He died on November 25th, 1324.1
