Whitmel Blount Ruffin

Whitmel Blount was born after 1796.  Whitmel Blount's father was Willliam Ruffin and his mother was Martha Bryan.  His paternal grandparents were William Ruffin and Sarah ?. He had seven half-brothers and a half-sister, named James T., John, Henry, William, Thomas, Blount B., Starkey S. W. and Sarah.  He died about 1844.
