Starkey S. W. Ruffin

Starkey S. W. was born about 1790.  Starkey S. W.'s father was Willliam Ruffin and his mother was Penelope Winbourne.  His paternal grandparents were William Ruffin and Sarah ?. He had six brothers and a sister, named James T., John, Henry, William, Thomas, Blount B. and Sarah.  He was the youngest of the eight children. He had a half-brother named Whitmel Blount.  He died in 1817.
