Blount B. Ruffin

Blount B. was born about 1788.  Blount B.'s father was Willliam Ruffin and his mother was Penelope Winbourne.  His paternal grandparents were William Ruffin and Sarah ?. He had six brothers and a sister, named James T., John, Henry, William, Thomas, Starkey S. W. and Sarah.  He was the second youngest of the eight children. He had a half-brother named Whitmel Blount.
