Henry Ruffin

Henry was born in 1778.  Henry's father was Willliam Ruffin and his mother was Penelope Winbourne.  His paternal grandparents were William Ruffin and Sarah ?. He had six brothers and a sister, named James T., John, William, Thomas, Blount B., Starkey S. W. and Sarah.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother named Whitmel Blount.  He died before 1820.
