Charles Carter Randolph 
Charles Carter was born on October 14th, 1788. Charles Carter's father was Robert Randolph and his mother was Elizabeth Hill Carter. His paternal grandparents were Peter Randolph and Lucy Bolling; his maternal grandparents were Charles Carter and Mary Walker Carter. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert Beverley, Robert Lee, Eliza Carter, Anne Fitzhugh, Mary Braxton, Lucy Bolling and Landonia. He died at the age of 75 on December 20th, 1863.-
