Mary Marshall Nicklin 
Mary Marshall was born on January 19th, 1838.1 Mary Marshall's father was John Bailey Nicklin and her mother was Catharine Thornton Pendleton. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Nicklin and Elizabeth Calvert; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Pendleton and Elizabeth Strother. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin Strother, Samuel Church, John Bailey, William Fuller, Elizabeth Catharine, Martha Virginia, Lucy Crane and Laura Pendleton. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 83 on May 29th, 1921.1 -
