John Bailey Nicklin 
John Bailey was born on August 5th, 1843 in Alleghny City, PA.1 John Bailey's father was John Bailey Nicklin and his mother was Catharine Thornton Pendleton. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Nicklin and Elizabeth Calvert; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Pendleton and Elizabeth Strother. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin Strother, Samuel Church, William Fuller, Elizabeth Catharine, Martha Virginia, Mary Marshall, Lucy Crane and Laura Pendleton. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 75 on May 6th, 1919 in Chattanooga, TN.1 -
