Frances Bledsoe 
Frances was born in 1843. Frances' father was Aaron Bledsoe and her mother was Margaret Sydenham Payne. Her paternal grandparents were Elijah Bledsoe and Frances Champion; her maternal grandparents were Richard Beckwith Payne and Judith Anderson. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Elijah R., Morton P., Elizabeth, Norella, Susan, Judith Burton, Mary Wallace and Martha.-
