Male Washington Hammett

Washington was born in September 1841 in St Marys, St Mary's, Maryland, United States.1   Washington's father was Henry Hammett and his mother was Mary Ann Corum.  His paternal grandparents were Richard Hammett and Nancy Biscoe. He had four brothers and a sister, named William S, George A, Samuel Biscoe, McKelva and Anjaline R.  He was the youngest of the six children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named James H. B., Sophia, Eliza and Mary Celestia.
