Richard Hammett

Richard was born on January 12th, 1764 in St. Mary's Co., MD.¹ Richard's father was Mckelvie Hammett and his mother was Henrietta Hammett?. His paternal grandparents were Robert Hammett and Elizabeth Hammett. He had a brother and six sisters, named Robert, Henritta Henny, Dolly, Mary, Frances, Sarah and Henrietta. He was the fifth oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Henry, Sarah Sallie and Henritta 'Henny". He died at the age of 60 on August 13th, 1824 in , St Mary's, Maryland, USA.¹
