Fanny Clayton

Fanny was born in 1800.¹ Fanny's father was James Clayton and her mother was Sarah Carraway. Her maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Carraway and Mary Whitehurst. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Dempsey, James, Betsey, Mary "Polly", Rhoda Ann and Rhoda Ann (II). She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Joshua Elliott, Elijah Mixon, William McKendree, Harriet Asbury and Johanna Bruce "Jo". She died at the age of 1 in 1801.¹
