Harriet Asbury Clayton

Harriet Asbury was born in 1818.¹ Harriet Asbury's father was James Clayton and her mother was Sarah Mixon. She had three brothers and a sister, named Joshua Elliott, Elijah Mixon, William McKendree and Johanna Bruce "Jo". She was the oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Dempsey, James, Betsey, Mary "Polly", Fanny, Rhoda Ann and Rhoda Ann (II). She died at the age of 82 in 1900. She was buried in 1900 in in Duck River Cemetery, Cullman Co. AL.¹¹
