Male Thomas Carraway

Thomas was born about 1689 in VA.1   Thomas' father was John Carraway and his mother was Ann Kemp.  His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Foster; his maternal grandfather was George Kemp and his maternal grandmother is Mary Lovett. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Richard, James, William, Mary, Ann, Elizabeth, Elizabeth Ann and Dinah.  He was the nineth oldest of the ten children.  He died in 1769 in Craven, North Carolina, United States.1
